Rentals  from mid-June through Labor Day are by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are offered spring and fall,        and occasionally during the summer months. After Labor Day, weekly rentals are discounted 10%.

      A deposit of $400 is required to hold a reservation. If you must cancel your plans, a written notice received 30 days in                 advance of your arrival date will allow us to refund one-half of your deposit. However, rentals fees are not refundable should        you choose an early departure. Check in time is 2 PM, check out is 9:30 am. If you will be arriving after 5 PM, please call so        we can plan to welcome you.

      Bed linens and fireplace wood are provided, but please bring your own beach, bath, and kitchen towels. All our cottages are        smoke free and Wi-Fi is available. We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.

      We have dock space at $1.25/foot per night for boats up to 25 feet. Space is limited, so please call ahead to check on        availability.
